HTML Zine Club is a communal publication of 'webzines': zines created using basic mark-up languages like HTML and CSS. Zines are published both in PDF form on the site's landing page, and in an interactive, free-to-join server.
cybertwee Cybertwee is a (seemingly defunct?) hacker collective promoting a feminine cyberpunk. Although not recently updated, their previous multimedia projects (including a virtual gallery and physical zine publication) are inspirational.
girls need modems "Girls Need Modems!" is a 1998 Masters' Thesis written by Krista Scott. The webzines she identifies as case studies have unfortunately been largely wiped from the Net. Still, her essay is an early work in gURL zine academia. An important text historically!
